Policy in detail:

Return Policy
We value your
complete satisfaction. If for any reason you don't want to
keep your purchase you can return it within 15 days of
receiving it. You
must
call
our customer service department Monday - Saturday between
9am to 6pm to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA),
and we will refund your money based on the following
conditions.

Customer
obtains RMA

Buyer is responsible
for all shipping charges associated with returning the
product. Customers are responsible for returning
the merchandise at their own expense.

Shipping
must include insurance
-
The unit arrive to us
in re-sellable condition. All packaging materials,
instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any
missing parts or damages will be deducted from your
refund amount.

Any
parts/work needed to make the vehicle sellable will be
the responsibility of the customer and will be
subtracted from your refund.

We do not accept any
return vehicle that has any sustained heavy damages.

Original freight and
expenses are not reimbursed or refundable, this includes
shipping charges for the first shipment as
well as the return.

Return Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization
must be obtained before shipping any product back to us.
Call us at 866-429-4253 to obtain an RMA.

Orders shipped back without an RMA
will automatically be refused.

Orders shipped back to us COD will
automatically be refused.

Parts purchased on
our site may be returned at customers expense within 7
days of receiving the part. Parts will be
inspected for use or damage, damaged or used parts are
not eligible for refund.

Original freight and
expenses are not reimbursed or refundable, this includes
shipping charges for the first shipment as
well as the return.

A 15% restocking fee
will be charged for all returned parts.

If our warehouse has
made a mistake on the part sent to you, we will send you
a return label to ship the part back to us. We
will also cover the cost of sending a new part back to
you.

elmets
and Apparel

Do to health and
hygiene concerns apparel and helmets are not refundable.
R
efusal
of shipment
We ship all items with freight insurance so any issues can
be resolved, The units are shipped in Steele crates, so even
if the box looks damaged, the item may not be. Always
inspect the contents of the box before the driver leaves.
Keep in mind that replacing the damaged part is far quicker
than replacing the item. We will send your replacement parts
as quickly as possible via FedEx Standard.
Remember we are here to assist you, we will work closely
with you to make sure all issues are fixed.

rder
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to the order being shipped for
a 100% refund. If the order has been shipped you must refuse
the shipment when the shipping company contacts you. If you
cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will not be
charged a restocking fee, but you will be charged for
shipping.
