Shipping Shipping Cost Your product will be shipped directly to your door, with liftgate service and is included in the price on
our ATVs, UTVs, Dune Buggies (Go-Karts), Scooters and Dirt
Bikes. Shipping is not included in our parts orders at this
time. Timeline - We will do our
best to process and ship your order the same day, but
sometimes that is not possible. Your order should ship in no
longer than 5 business days.
- Orders
received on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays will be processed
the next business day.
- You have every
right to cancel your order prior to shipping.
- We do not ship
on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Where do we ship - To the lower 48 states at
this time.
How are they packaged - Our ATVs, Dirt Bikes,
Scooters, Go-Karts, and Dirt Bikes are shipped in heavy duty
Steel frames, with cardboard wrapped around them.Even if the cardboard is
damaged, the vehicle may still be ok because of the frame
they're packaged in.Check the product for damage if you notice damage to the
box.
Shipping Damage - We are not
responsible for damages caused by the shipping company. All
items are shipped 100% insured to cover any damages. When
your shipment arrives it is your responsibility to check for
damage before the shipping company leaves.
- Notate any damages on
your bill of lading.
- Contact us about the
damage and we will begin the claim process for you, unlike
the competition we will also expedite the replacement parts
that you need. In stock parts will ship immediately. We are
not responsible for any labor incurred in changing the
damaged parts. We will however provide you phone support in
repairing your damaged vehicle.
Shipment Refusal - All of our products
are shipped fully insured. Refusing your product will only
delay you from getting your order. If your shipment is
damaged we will expedite getting the replacement part to
you. If the part is in stock it will ship immediately. We
are not responsible for the labor of replacing the damaged
parts.
- We will initiate the
claims process with the shipping company. Pictures of the
damaged product may be required from you.
